"I was saddened that I did not get credited back for 1 night of my stay. Expedia said they tried to contact you several times for my refund but you did not respond so this has given you a black eye and has made me question any future stays."

"La habitacion tenia mal olor, la alberca sucia. personal atento, centrico"

"Front receptionist was very helpful and friendly"

"We really liked that this is a newer hotel in Yuma, AZ. Very clean, and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent!"

"It's a nice place"

"I will say that the staff and the property were very good. There were a lot of other issues that occurred that made our stay… not that pleasant. There was a lot of noise from the room directly above us. We called the front desk to get them to stop, which thankfully they did. Then in the middle of the night there was a ton of yelling and talking out in the hallway that woke us up. The last thing that occurred was that around 6am, the was a fire alarm that went off and evacuated the entire hotel....

"All were excellent. Really impressed with the breakfast cafe and staff"
