The room was clean and pleasant, although the hotel certainly needs updating, carpets etc, and although in need of updating, like I said, if you can get by that, it was a good stay for the money.

The high cost is not congruent with the quality of the product I received. I requested to have the linen changed when prepaying the 2nd day, it took 8 hours, so after two nights I checked into another hotel nearby for four nights. Very Respectfully, Dr. Bob White

First impression was that we made a mistake by booking here. The carpet in the lobby and hall going to the elevator was filthy and stained. There was a dirty mop bucket sitting along the wall, and the room doors looked like they should be in an institution. This property is very dated and not up to Quality’s standards.

The front staff at the desk was great and accommodating. Seamless check-in. The room was well appointed. However, my armchair in the room was very soiled. Either get a new one or clean this one

Everything was great about our stay only issue was my mother’s room. They gave an entire family the same room and as she was relaxing they just walked right in. They was a new trainee there but that still shouldn’t have happened.

It was a nice hotel. It has a microwave,.mini fridge and coffee maker in the room which was a plus. It also had vending machines for snacks and drinks. Also walking distance to restaurants and fast food places around the hotel. The staff was very nice & accommodating & it has a free hot breakfast in the morning.

It is a nice stay. Carpet needs a little make over and easier access to the ice machine. We only stayed 1 night and it was worth it.

I loved staying here. It was quiet and so friendly. Great beds and linens! It’s convenient with great parking, good breakfast, and I felt very at home. Would stay here again!

The rooms were very clean, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was more continental than a nice sit down breakfast. It was just microwave round patty eggs and sausages. There is a waffle maker however. I chose this hotel for the hot tub. When we went out to look at it, it was obviously discolored. There were small jets under the water but nothing like what I have seen in others making lots of bubbles and the water was pretty warm but not HOT enough to call it a hot tub. It is animal friendly but quiet. But when walking our dog to potty behind the hotel, there are many “sand stickers” that injured my dogs paws and even stuck in our shoes and difficult to remove! Many construction workers with big trucks. Would be difficult to maneuver a large RV through parking lot nor large enough area for big rv rigs for an overnight stay. With all of that said, the property itself was well maintained, smelled fresh and we enjoyed our 2 nights rest. Many many restaurants and sightseeing in area and border was close enough to visit for one of our day’s adventures.
