"I thought this place was great for a stay about an hour from the main Yosemite Village. Although it was very close to the Mariposa Grove. So that was nice because we got to do that on the afternoon we arrived. We ate at the Jackalope restaurant one night for dinner. Do not get the Thai lettuce wraps. Literally it was lettuce with some dried chopped chicken and a sprinkling of roasted peanuts and that was it. The next night we got some of the more pubby food options which were pretty good. French fries were tasty. Pool was small but cute with hot tubs and adult area. Otherwise it was a good. Would recommend it. Oh, and Starbucks keurig in the room. Yay!"

"Amazing location, absolutely incredible scenery and located near the small but pretty town of Mariposa. The reception staff were helpful for the most part, although we were a bit disappointed that they did not go above and beyond for us as this was our Honeymoon trip Heads up - you must contact the property well in advance if you want to reserve a pizza oven. Nobody told us this and we were unable to reserve one. The reception staff later brought us the pizza oven ( but one staff member tried to charge us for the use of it, even though we were not buying any of their ingredients). All that aside, we had an absolutely amazing time there and would stay again. Great proximity to Yosemite Valley if you don't mind a bit of a drive into the park each day."
