Top Swinging Bridge Picnic Area Hotel Reviews
Tenaya at Yosemite
10/10 Excellent
"Even though these accommodations are often booked because of the proximity to The Parks, it’s a beautiful destination property on its own. Becuz we weee busy w park visits, we did not get to enjoy all of the amenities. But we had several hours sitting in the chairs in the lawn, meeting folks from all over. And we enjoyed a couple of meals and sitting outside for drinks and meals. The staff is beyond helpful from Valet, to reception, housekeeping, gift shop and restaurant staff. I would definitely love to go back for a longer stay."
Curry Village
8/10 Good
"If you want a reasonable (for yosemite) room for a few nights it's ok, it's shortfalls are made up by it's location and onsite facilities, the pizza and cold beer at the end of a days walking was great! But.. the beds are awful I didnt expect much but these metal framed beds squeeked with the tiniest movement, enough to keep you up at night, I mentioned it at check out but the lady was not interested. The bike rental is a bit pricey for a family, I think I paid $120 for 4 hours, 2 adult and 2 childrens bikes. The shower blocks are 'ok' but busy and often queues are formed.Maybe spend a bit more and go up the road."
Indian Flat RV Park - Tent Cabins & Cottages

Yosemite Valley Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"Very convenient location. The room was clean and we felt safe."
Evergreen Lodge Yosemite
8/10 Good
"This place is very family friendly. (The staff riding around in golf carts need to watch their language when speaking among themselves!). Plenty to do on site… playground, pool, rec room, fire pits, nightly s’mores. Unfortunately, it was difficult for adults to use the spa as parents were using it teach their little ones to swim. It’s a long ride off the main road (6.5 miles), but very quiet. Cabins have the basics, but are quite dark."
Waybound Yosemite
10/10 Excellent
"Everything. The welcoming treatment from the staff, to our own personal cabin which was super clean! Nice pool, the camp fires at night and free smores to make. The restaurants had great food. The property has a gorgeous Creek behind it with a walking trail. Plus it’s only a 7 minute drive to Yosemite Entrance! Plus pet friendly. We loved it and I can’t say enough of what a great stay it was. Would rate it a 12 if I could. I will be back for sure. And I Highly recommend!"
Red Bud Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"Clean, nice room with air conditioning. Located close to Yosemite National Park entrance. You have to check in at a different location, but the check-in staff were very friendly."

"Awesome hotel with a store, restaurant & great view. Would definitely stay here again!"
