"Overall not bad. The keyless door lock was a bit of a nuisance, didn’t always unlock on first try, not the quietest room, but served my purpose. Last night there a group came and occupied the two rooms across from me and were extremely loud until 2am or so, didn’t get much sleep. Overall acceptable and probably will stay again."

"We were pleasantly surprised by how modern/updated the room decor, bedding, towels, etc. were. The room was comfortable and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful with dining recommendations. I highly recommend the Pines Motel!"

"Cottage and kitchen was fully stocked and stacked , king and queen bed were both comfortable but in the same room. Pull out couch was also comfortable. Could not ask for a better location in North Rustico (beautiful area) and next door to grocery store, lobster supper and wonderful drives. We were charged $30 which unfortunately came out of the tip set aside for the cleaning crew and put into the owners pockets. But very quite and relaxing for a little under $250 a night after taxes and fees"

"The room and the beds were reasonably comfortable, although the bedding was sub-par. Not sure whether the bedspread was laundered between guests. Breakfast was terrible with poor quality, over cooked sausages that looked and tasted like pieces of hotdogs, very over cooked scrambled eggs and undercooked potatoes."

"The check in process was very smooth, there were two private bedrooms and a kitchen and small dining area. ACs and TVs in each room. Bed was decently comfortable, had free parking area. !0 mins from the port and downtown area. Breakfast had a huge variety from bread, bagels, apples, orange, oats, milk, fruit juices, boiled eggs, butter jam, cereals etc from 6:30 AM to 10 AM. It is possible to get a kitchen set ( dishes, cups etc) and electric kettle if requested at reception. I hghly recommend...

"We really liked the property. It was a very beautiful setting. I did not like the spiders on the ceiling inside the entryway. I have a fear of spiders. However, they were no where else in the property that I saw and really did not affect our stay as we were only there one night."
