"Loved this guest house near the center of York! Fiona was a lovely host and provided so much insight and knowledge about what to do and where to go. Our room was quiet and comfortable along with excellent amenities. "

"A very nice little flat 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Lovely thick carpets. The main bedroom is very nice indeed. Comfortable bed. Effective fan provided which was a godsend during hot weather. Kids bedroom was nice too and they loved the bunk bed set up, which was solid. There is outdoor space however it is shared and a small shadowy courtyard. Doesn't look used at all. The flat is a funny layout. "Nice, clean, modern apartment in a fantastic central location. Only downside was that the bed was not the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Apart from that I couldn't fault it. I will definitely book again."

"Nettes Herrenhaus -wir wurden super freundlich empfangen! 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum York Sehr sauber & gepflegt, Parkplätze vorhanden Frühstück Teilweise Selbstbedienung( frisches Obst, Joghurt, Müsli….); warme Speisen werden nach Wunsch zubereitet. Kaffee: French press WLAN: im Dachgeschoss sehr schlecht , im EG gut Unser Zimmer hat eine Gaube und war dadurch nicht vollständig zu verdunkeln; das 2. Fenster ( Velux)hat ein Verdunklungsrollo) "
