The Churchill Hotel
The staff were all really friendly and attentive. I requested an outdoor dome pagoda for me and my daughter to have our evening meal in and they were more than happy to help. The room was very clean and the decor was stylish. We had a lovely stay.

The people are nice. Food is descent. Hotel itself is charming. Reception stuff is great, Bartender is lovely. Spa was not a good experience. Unfortunately the people who work there are not good at the massage technique. A senior woman was a bit better but kept scratching me with her nails and sometimes ...

Clementine's Guest House
Staff frendly and welcoming, room and reception very clean, a small walk into York car parking extra although we stayed on a Sunday and it was free parking on the side street, a very pleasant stay would definitely recommend.
