Disappointing stay

Book a bigger room but was still given a small room even confront the front office with the room layout on the back of the door. And only explanation is the layout is wrong!?! Requested a quiet room but was given a room facing the main road. Worst is the window hinge was broken. And window was not soundproof. It as noisy thru out the night. Hardly had any sleep. The pillows were extremely gross. I took out the case when there is weird smell coming from it. You can see all kinds of stains and even blood stain. Requested 2 new pillows in the end . It is still those old pillows with stains. Sheets and towels were overly worked and yellowish. It was the most disappointing stay ever. I changed hotel the next day.

街の中心でないため、渋滞なく車での移動には、良い。

Small rooms but enough if you are staying for a few days. The service was good, price more than reasonable and is near the airport. What else can you ask for?
