Great hotel with indoor/outdoor pools, nice rooms at very affordable price. Restaurant on premises is not that good but there are few good options outside the hotel. Casino is nearby and open 24hrs. Overall very nice resort and I will come back again for sure.

Beautiful hotel

Multi Grand pharaon is a very beautiful hotel. They have lots of p places. And a nice garden which surround it. Our room was big and clean, with a good bed. And a small fridge. We would have liked some more info on check in. As we weren't aware that the outdoor swimming pool wasn't working. ( It was 30 degrees hot) ? The indoor area with swimming pool and spa was big, clean, and with beautiful decorations. The gym looked good but did not try. Did not try breakfast either. We could definitely have spent a few more days there. Thing to do!! Visit Manukyan winery, It is very interesting. 5 min away by taxi 🍷🙏

Prachtig 5* sterren hotel met alle luxe. Je staat perplex als je de inkomhal binnenkomt. Prachtig! Het is een plezier om door het hotel te wandelen en de fijne plekjes te vinden. De zwembaden zijn subliem. De service bij he ontbijt is voor verbetering vatbaar zeker voor een 5* hotel. Het hotel ligt naast een entertainment center en 's avonds is er daardoor wat geluidsoverlast.echter,het mooiste en indrukwekkendste hotel waar we ooit verbleven.

Отель просто потрясающий: обслуживание, интерьеры, инфраструктура - все на высшем уровне. Полотенца, постельное белье, принадлежности для душа - все очень качественное, наивысшего уровня, настоящие 5*. В отеле отличные спа и открытый бассейн. Комфортно и красиво

Достойный комфортный отель, чтобы отдохнуть семьей. Тихо и спокойно. Территория большая - есть площадка для событий, ресторан, казино, джаз-бар и спа-центр. Отдыхали в новогодние - мало людей, были в основном в спа, в ресторане никого почти не было. Уединиться - самое то :)В номере был действующий электро-камин - это очень понравилось

Food was horrible. Only two indivuals spoke English and would be able to understand and answer questions. Restaurants smells like mold. Room bathroom smelt terrible (plumbing issue). Location is too far away from the city.

Perfect from A to Z

My experience at this hotel couldn’t be any better. The luxury that embraces every aspect of this property is enriched by its highly qualified staff that welcomes guests in a warm and friendly manner. Despite of its huge premises, the well-educated, naturally friendly staff made me feel as if I were at my house. Indeed, the hotel staff gave different colors to my stay and I can’t thank enough. The hotel has a great spa, high-end convenience stores, a “private casino”, year-round 24 hours open bar and restaurant, along with all other amenities you expect from an upscale hotel, including without limiting to business center, conference rooms etc. The spa stays open until midnight, so you can enjoy yourself until late at night. You can choose at no extra cost to have your daily breakfast in your room at your chosen time. I could keep adding many more positive insights, but I’d never make justice to what this hotel offers.

Amazing get away from city

Amazing hotel and great staff. We were welcomed by opened arms and situated quickly. The rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast services needs work, the selection wasn't much.

L'hôtel assez confortable. Mais le service reste vraiment à désirer. Le personnel ne parle pas l'anglais et ils sont vraiment en sous effectifs (peut-être le fait que que nous sommes en dehors de la saison touristique). Le petit-déjeuner loin d'être à la hauteur d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. L'hôtel est loin du centre ville, il faut prendre un taxi qui n'est pas toujours disponible. La cerise sur le gâteau: Le seul point agréable qui est la piscine a été réservée pour un mariage pendant toute une journée.
