"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Lotte Hotel. The staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our visit, from arrival and checkout to holding our bags before departure. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the unexpected upgrade to a newly remodeled room in the main tower. The room was beautifully done and very comfortable. The buffet had an excellent variety for both breakfast and dinner and was very accommodating to our family. The housekeeping staff on our floor was also incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again."

"Love, love the quality of the breakfast and the service there. There’s chef is exceptionally good! Especially on the seafood dishes and salads. The young female hostess staff at breakfast is so dedicated to her work and was very attentive to our needs. Excellent location with great proximity to the subway. Highly recommended!"

"Lotte City Hotel Guro was a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is well kept and the staff was nice and very helpful. Location wise, it was between a 25 to 35-minute train ride from everywhere I wanted to go around Seoul. It was around a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest train station. The neighborhood the hotel was based in had a lot to offer as well (convenience stores, malls, restaurants, etc.). The gym, outdoor terrace, and onsite laundromat were great. It is also right by a bus stop that takes you to ICN airport which was very convenient. Would stay here again."
