"Pool was under maintenance so was closed. Restaurant food was ok. However, if you eat as a couple, dont expect both main courses to arrive at the same time! My partner's main course arrived after I had finished eating mines!! Breakfast was ok. Same same. Nothing spectacular. There's the fried rice, fried noodles, and your typical Western style od sausages, bacon, pastries."

"Room was very basic and overpriced just because it has a mountain view and on the Ha Giang Loop. We had no hot water on arrival after a long ride on the Ha Giang Loop. The receptionist was good. She tried to get one of her workers to fix it. After over 2 hours, we finally had slightly hot water, better than what we had on arrival. Breakfast was ok. But they dont replenish the buffet so if you arrive late..too bad!"

We were forced to leave with a group at 9am before paying the bribe and then breaking from the group > Food The kitchen is said to close at 8:30 but it was actually closed at 8:15. The staff was still there but we were declined to order food because the staff already cleaned the kitchen. Very dangerous to get their motorbike if you travel without one of their group. "
