"The hotel on the map was different location to the pictures in the ad. After $1000 in data and numerous taxi rides we arrived at the hotel in the pictures. Apparently it had been sold and by the looks houses homeless people. Okay mistakes and scams happen but what is not except able is that it is near impossible to contact expedia. "

"I hate that I couldn't give a higher rating, but I just can't. While I loved the view from the apartment and the only employee working there was great, my stay was a roller coaster of bad and good.
The listing says there is a microwave, a dryer, and a private bathroom, but that is not true. There is a washer and a drying rack. Because the property is so high up and the balcony where the drying rack is located is, takes several days to get your clothes dry. The listing says non-smoking, but...

"Room was very spacious and clean. I loved my view from this corner room! I could see the flame towers too! Big bath tub with bath salt, friendly staff, yummy breakfast and hot cocoa. It was also easy to walk everywhere and there is a 24 hr grocery store within a 5 min walk. Super cute cafés nearby and easy to get a taxi too. I would definitely look to stay here next time I'm in Baku :) "

"We had an amazing stay! We were two couples travellking together for the formula one and had joining rooms with views over the track. The rooms were newly renovated and were very comfortable.
The service was amazing and they provided us with free pickup from the airport since there were road closures that weeekend due to the hotels proximity to the track. All of the staff gave top notch service and would even drive us to where we needed to go in the old town via golf cart.
