My stay at the Hilton was underwhelming and did not feel like a five star hotel mostly due to the extremely poor service.
Pros:
-great location if you plan on attending the theme parks
-theme park tickets included with the stay
Cons:
-rooms felt small, even though we had a family suite
-very poor service (At arrival, we opened our own doors and unloaded our car. Later on, I called the front desk to ask a question about the theme parks. No one answered the phone. I had to go downstairs to ask my question in person. Another time, I ordered food at the pool and didn’t have my credit card linked to the room. They kept calling my room asking me to pay. You have my credit card on file. I’m not going to leave without paying. At the breakfast buffet, I ordered coffee. It didn’t come until after my meal was finished.)
-pool closes at 7pm. There’s not much to do after that.
-pool is beautiful but the water was not the cleanest. My kids found tissue paper and debris in the pool.
-walls are so thin, I could hear everything in the room adjacent to mine.
Overall, for the price I paid, I was highly disappointed and would not stay there again.
