Top Yankee Run Point Public Use Area Hotel Reviews
Sleep Inn & Suites Salina I-135
10/10 Excellent
"Room was clean and cozy. Staff were wonderful and so nice! They worked super hard and were extra polite. Breakfast was mediocre but free and food. Pool & hot tub were on the smaller side, well maintained, and very clean. Though could use better ventilation, heavy chlorine smell. That’s often pretty standard."
"Kids loved the heated pool. Comfortable bed, good shower and decent breakfast. They were pretty good for being overwhelmed/completely full due to the storm early in the week that put a lot of locals in hotels due to no power"
"The windowsill in my room had a lot of black dirt on it that was never removed by the housekeeping staff. The outside of the window had peeling paint and weather stripping that was glowing around in the wind. Some general maintenance is needed."
"Clean room and peaceful stay. Comfortable bed. Could use a couple more pillows. Always nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in your room. Also, pizza hut directly across the parking lot. A lot of love is being out back into this motel."
"Excellent stay! A major storm erupted while we were there. Knocked out the power to the hotel and town. Manager was very calm, efficient, and handled the event very efficiently. She single handedly got all hotel guests out of their room and relocated to the lobby and instructed everyone where to go and what to do if the tornado touched down. 115+mph winds and rain. Thankfully no tornado. She provided water, blankets for these that were wet from the rain and glow sticks to whoever needed them. I highly recommend this hotel."
"Sadly the weather was terrible and there was no electricity because of it. The motel is being renovated but the rooms were excellent!!! All new, comfortable, smart TV, many electric and phone charging outlets.
I would certainly return there!!!"
