"The wash machine and dryer is very convenient, close to the lake, good place to watch sunrise."

"Extremely local chinese hotel. English speaking staff were far and few. Staff all hesitant and not confident to deal with foreigners so the communication was a struggle. But everyone was nice and polite. The common areas are not well maintained (i.e. lobby) so if you are looking for an upscale experience this is not your place. "It’s a five stars hotel. We stayed in high floor with beautiful lake view. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The door to my room was left open before I arrived so the room had several insects inside. The staff also didn't seem prepared for international guests. The view from the facility is very nice, but overall the hotel looks a bit poorly maintained compared to the pictures."

"Uniquely designed complex with beautiful gardens. Friendly staff."

"i stayed here for a visit with friends and was happy with it. the hotel is clean and comfortable with surprisingly large rooms. it's more of a group-tour hotel with lots of tour buses around - but good value for a comfortable room located near some of the major sights in Dali. The breakfast was very good. I'd recommend it for someone who wants affordable comfort while exploring Dali."

"The staff offers us with extraordinary service, and the facility is new and well maintained. We had a great experience at this guesthouse."

"Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Breakfast is served at 8:30am everyday. The location is a bit inconvenient unless you get there by car. "

"I had a lovely stay at Jade Moon in Dali. The view right outside the hotel is beautiful and peaceful, making the whole stay very relaxing. Highly recommended."

"Overall was good."
