Good value. Bathroom seemed dirty but it looked dated. Living area was clean. Motel was full and had security cameras all over. Owner was friendly and accommodating. Skip the breakfast, sugared cereal and packaged muffins.

The initial check in was excellent! Fast and strait to the point, we payed ahead so all they needed was our id and then we got our room key. Me and my husband attended a ball game that day and didn’t get home until 1:00AM. We were so excited to sleep in a bed :) so we walk up stair to our room 114 and to our surprise there were a couple already sleeping in our bed! Startled we shut the door and went straight up to the front Dest and demanded a new room. To which he says “they went to the wrong room” and he gave us their room 115. Why should their key card work for our room? No idea! Just be sure if you stay here to lock the door before bed!

Bed is clean and the manager is friendly and nice. The room smells smoky even it’s a non-smoking room. Good location and the room has a microwave, safe, desk, and fridge. The heater works well.

Needed a place to stay for the night, cheap and allowed pets. Moved into first room and there was something brown smeared on sheets, literal popcorn ceiling bulging in places. Front desk switched us to another room qhich was much better. Sink wouldnt drain, toilet was clogged, shower worked but the spicket was on the whole time. Used towels in room. Didnt chevk out the breakfast tho it was advertised

Big room with nice size desk but very poo lighting. Ok during daytime with curtain open but impossible to read at night. Nice buffet restaurant next door.

The lady at the front desk is really nice and understanding. She noticed that i booked 2 rooms on accident and helped me with getting that rectified, instead of just charging me for both. The pool is crystal clear and the room was clean and smelled fresh. The owner is a bit "off" but nice as well. The area is the only downfall. If this hotel was in another area they would be charging a whole lot more.

Most important to mention…, there is No breakfast whatsoever. There’s NO coffee in the rooms or lobby. Zero coffee!!! This amenity needs to be removed from description immediately!!! THINKING I would get coffee and breakfast was a selling point for me when I reserved a non refundable room. The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable and there was a fridge and microwave in the room. Managers Will and Kelly were very nice and accommodating

By far the most rundown hotel I’ve ever checked into. Broken windows, door jamb replaced from having been kicked in previously, holes in the wall, dirty towels, random hairs all over counters, tub, floors and sheets. It was almost comical how dirty and awful this place was. Staff was friendly though. But aside from that, I’d give it zero stars if that was an option.

A nightmare!

The worst most disgusting place i have ever stayed. Absolutely filthy, obviously not cleaned in YEARS. Electrical outlets burned and hanging out of the walls. BLOOD on the wall in the bathroom and holes punched in the door. Floor covered in actual dirt and cigarette butts. And not safe!! Don't stay here with your children!

For $66 my expectations are never a Marriott or a Hilton, however, I expect them to be clean. Well kept have a telephone operational AC. The air conditioner I had to plug-in and controls had no instructions very hard to see and noisy. The bathroom tub area was dark and dingy where all the caulking would be and the room was very badly lit and there was no telephone or any information in the room. I checked out a day early even though I never got a refund. I checked into a super eight just down the road for $55 a night for three nights. The check-in was super easy. The room was very clean nice shower, telephone nice furniture. Everything was perfect for a $55 a night not a Marriott.

terrible customer service at the front desk

I got a little lost and called the hotel for directions. The desk clerk would not give me directions. He said just look at your GPS. After I found the hotel, the same desk clerk treated me with an abrasive attitude. When I went to the front office to return my key the following morning, the office door was locked. The sign said, "Went to bathroom, be back in five minutes." That five minutes turned out to be forty-five minutes. The room was clean. The hot water knob in the sink did not give me hot water, but the bathtub. did. The heater was extremely noisy. I stayed at Motel 6 in Yakima a year-and-a-half before this visit, and the customer service was very good there. So, the next time i want a hotel in Yakima, I'll go back to that Motel 6.
