First time ever experience of an hotel which does not have a non-smoking room policy. Light of stairs were turned off, staff and rooms were big disappointment dirty smelly room and unfriendly staff.

Odada herşey bozuktu. Televizyon ekranımın yarısı kırıktı. Lambalar çalışmıyordu buz dolabı çalışmıyordu kapı bozuktu kilitlenmiyordu. 1 saat odada kaldık gelip bir anahtar bulamadılar iki kez söylememe rağmen buzdolabı kontrol edilmedi. Genel olarak otel temiz, personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Yemek ve kahvaltıda çeşit bol ve lezzetli. Havuzlar temiz, bakımlı. Ancak odalar sıkıntı.

Suit odada kaldık. Öncelikle sayfalarda verilen resim sayısı artırılmalı. Zira kurnalı ve jakuzili oda görmüştük, duşakabinli ve jakuziliydi. Jakuzinin temizliğine özen gösterilmeli. Çalıştırılınca kanallardan çöpler çıkıyor. Odada su ısıtıcı, bardak vardı ancak kahve veya çay koymamışlardı. Gece 3 kere aradığımız halde getirilmedi. Dolapta da sadece su var. Akşam yemeğine geç katıldık, saat 20:30 gibi ve hiç birşey kalmamıştı. (tur kafilesi ve futbol takımı olduğu içinmiş), köfte tavuk kızartıp, pilav koyup getirdiler. O da salatasız falan, kuru kuru. He pardon ayran var idi..! Kahvaltı vasat. Hamam iyi, yüzme havuzu güzel. O kısımlarda çalışanlar gayet ilgili, güleryüzlü. Kat görevlileri de öyle. Ama bu fiyata alternatif olabilecek çok yer var, iyi değerlendirin.

Mixed review

We stayed one night while on a roadtrip. We were quite surprised when we were charged 55tl each for the buffet supper. After living in Turkey for 1 year, we are accustomed to 'yabancı' (foreigner) pricing. Further, we had phoned the hotel directly earlier to confirm whether 4 adults could stay in one room. This telephone conversation lead to an understanding that supper was included (but website did not state this.) Two of our group who speak Turkish went to ask management if the 55tl price was charged to everyone. While the front desk employees tried to deal with our concern, the manager came along. (She had come into the restaurant earlier and was aware of our presence.) She told her employees (in Turkish) to stop wasting their time on the foreigners and to help the Turkish guests. She was shocked when one of our group responded to her in Turkish. The manager continued to be rude and unprofessional and ruined our stay. On a positive note, the employees we dealt with were all pleasant and helpful. The food was simple, but tasty.
