"Very clean room. Housekeeper emptied the trash daily. Very quiet . Great location. Comfortable bed. Yachats is a very nice little town to walk around and sightsee. Would stay there again. Waldport and Newport were nice towns close by to sightsee."

"Ben greeted us on arrival. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had all we needed The upstairs room was noisy and disturbed us until they settled. No carpeting to soften the noise. There were no opening windows so needed to have the door open to get fresh air. The breakfast was basic but adequate. However, there was not enough space for all guests to be seated. Overall a good stay."
