"I was welcomed by a lovely, smiling Czech lady. Communication happens over sms which makes things so much more clear. Apartment was soooo clean and just right for the stay. Good pillows, lots of blankets (no need to fight your partner), no smells, leaks or weird electricity glitches. "

"A kind of old"

"The spa had no steam room. It only had a sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool. You have to pay extra for all other spa facilities that are advertised. The room was crawling with ants and 1 big cockroach. The breakfast dining room had lots of flies. I saw a fly stuck to a fried egg during the breakfast buffet The outdoor pool was nice to look at, but very cold. The staff were helpful with information about where I can visit in Malta and they were helpful with carrying my lugage to the room when I...

"The staff kindly changed our room to one with a better view - overlooking the pool and scenery beyond. The location of the hotel is great - near bus stop and harbour waterfront with lots of restaurant options. The food at the Reef was very good. Staff was most helpful. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay!"
