Very pleasant stay . Staff was super helpful , particularly frank, the guest service manager , who helped me arrange local activities and transport . Highly recommended for solo travelers as well as families .

Overall a nice hotel

The room was clean and tidy. The only problem we had was the shower. The water temperature was very inconsistent , sometimes very hot and could turn very cold in split second. Breakfast was good, with lots of choices. Overall a nice hotel .

Perfect family getaway

Our trip to Xishuangbanna was great and the hotel stay was a big part of it. There is so much nature on the grounds it felt a little like Hawaii (minus the ocean of course). The hotel is very beautiful, colorful and clean. The people and service were great. They even took our leftovers from us to microwave in their own kitchen and then returned it to us. The activities were limited due to low season (December) but there were some activities we joined like the lantern ceremony. Many of the staff do not speak English but quickly found people to assist. Two in particular were very helpful. Petrus helped us get an airport ride upon arrival and answered questions along the way. And Wang Joy was the most helpful by getting us a cab to a temple area using his personal mobile. He said he wanted to make our stay wonderful. And he came through again when the shuttle bus to the airport was full, he helped secure a second car. With a beautiful hotel like this and caring staff, we will return. (For reference, we are Americans currently living in Shanghai.)

雨林的傣族风情酒店

酒店融合了西双版纳和傣族特色，就像住在热带雨林之中，建筑也很有满满的傣族风情。 在酒店散步可以听见许多大自然的声音，里面还有佛殿，非常精致。 这里非常适合带孩子来游玩，有许多活动可以参加，出去玩也可以咨询酒店内的包车服务。 工作人员服务专业，办理入住很快，房间很大，在阳台能欣赏到各种植物，房间内连垃圾桶都很漂亮。 唯一不足是早餐，因为先生是外国人，他不喝热水并且想吃奶酪，工作人员说餐厅没有矿泉水，以及疫情期间暂时没有奶酪。

喜欢酒店的位置和大自然气息。 不过在酒店几天，肠胃一直不太好，不知道是不是早餐的关系，和小朋友分别两天都上吐下泻，怀疑是Pan Cake的关系。

広い敷地にある田舎のリゾートホテル

観光地としてはまだ日本では有名ではないと思い、静かな自然を求めて来ました。中国語が話せない私たちにとって、英語が話せるフロントスタッフがいてくださり、大変助かりました。ホテルのまわりにはバナナ畑と幹線道路しかありません。でも、ホテルの敷地内は丁寧に管理された熱帯植物のお庭やプール、棚田などがあり散歩だけでも充分楽しめました。ジムにはレンタルバイク(有料)もあります。

Good getaway

Location is quite isolated from city, but being a resort in nature it is fine. Hotel with full facilities, there's even a bicycle rental service within. Room is big, qith huge soaking bath. Comfy bed, friendly staffs, privacy and all. a nice place to be in for relaxation.

Great place to escape chilling winter

It's great choice for family trip with parents. The resort covers a large area, there's even terrace field inside. I love the rice noodle in breakfast most, cute ducks and peacocks will come to you when you have bread in hand. However, the airconditioning system isn't perfect. Slightly foul smell in my parents' room, and oily and smoky air fills the breakfast room (indoor).

A lovely long weekend

My partner and I stayed at the resort for four nights over a long weekend. The service was warm and excellent throughout. We were generously upgraded when we arrived at the hotel and so had a very large room with views of mountains in the horizon. The resort was quite quiet throughout our stay (we visited Xishuangbana in the quieter, rainy season) but all of our meals were fresh and delicious. We would recommend this resort highly.

Tropical Paradise

Beautiful resort with many amenities. Perfect for doing nothing! Located somewhat removed from everywhere/everything, but transport quite plentiful and inexpensive. Hotel staff try hard to please, but very very little English makes it difficult. Standard restaurant not very good (eg fruit not ripe), but Thai speciality restaurant excellent. We moved there from a small, family run property. The Crowne Plaza grew on us, and we were sorry to leave!
