"This is the best hotel in Nanning, rooms are good, breakfast is great, and the views of the park are lovely. Its also right next to the metro which means its a 1 minute walk, and a straight line to the main train station if you are coming in that way.
It's my third time staying here, and second time getting very good service from Kristal at the front desk who took care of everything and made it an easy check-in/out.
Highly recommended, will be back again."
"The hotel itself is fine, but you can not use Expedia to pay for it. I paid for it on Expedia first, but when I got to the hotel, they said that the hotel on Expedia is not linked to them.
When I contacted Expedia about this, they refused to issue a refund. The hotel told me that this has happened several times over, and its not just me thats lost my money.
By all means go and stay there, but pay when you get there, otherwise you will be charged twice. Also Expedia should remove the option to...
