"Here are the reasons I would never recommend this hotel: 1st- I found a bug crawling in the bed after I was bit on my back. 2nd-the door cards were very difficult to use; 3rd-the elevator was not working: 4th- the toilet was running constantly, so my husband had to fix the flapper; 5th- the TV remote didn’t work. The desk attendant tried 4 remotes and none worked from the bed. I tried to get a refund for my stay but was denied. We left at approximately midnight when I found the bug in the bed."

"We had to move rooms first night because the shower head didn’t work. They were also missing a door handle on the bathroom door. Also there was no ledge of any kind in the showers to put your shampoo or soap on. Had to put the bar of soap they gave us on the ground with anything else you needed. A few people were traveling with us also had very low water pressure and shower problems."

"The property was clean, and the staff was great, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are at the end of the tub/shower where the contents can’t help but fall on the inside of the tub making it very slickly. I slipped and bruised my shin pretty bad while trying to get in the shower. So, be very careful when getting in the shower! Also, we stayed three nights, and the second morning while we were trying to get dressed for our grandson’s graduation, all the lights in our room went...

"Clean room, sound proof, friendly Staff, good location close to lot of restaurants/shopping/Buccee's/I-20. Hot Breakfast was good. Overall had a great experience."

"The pictures on expedia were not current! The facility was filthy. The place reeked of mildew and soiled carpet.. there were roaches dead in the hallways.. a pool that was brown… broken elevators and ice machines.. cracks in the wall .. broken faucets in the tub.. an air conditioner that showed what appeared to be droppings of some sort and a TV the size of a computer monitor that barely worked… and by the way this was the executive suite! I have reached out through many avenues including...

"Breakfast & location was perfect. Beds were comfy enough, pillows were the typical awful hotel pillows that fall flat the longer you lay on them. Our room had a difficult bathroom door to maneuver, folks above us were loud & we could hear the water draining in the walls from above, but we managed. Overall it was a nice stay & somewhere to lay our head."

The size of the toilet was small, smaller than have had at any hotel. Beside that it was an ok stay. What I expected for that level of hotel"
