"I am unhappy with Expedia, I didn't get a AAA discount or anything like that and on top of it when I checked out I didn't get a statement telling me what my charges were. I was told since I booked through Expedia they would email me my bill. And on top of that, when I went through Expedia I accidentally signed up for some kind of insurance and tried to cancel it and I couldn't get the verbal advisor to let me talk to a real person. I do NOT want that insurance!!!!"

"The hotel was right on a main road, so, easy to get to. The room was clean enough, and staff were pleasant. Two complaints: first, the water in the shower never got really hot. I let it run for a long time. The more serious complaint: there was no milk of any kind at breakfast. And no cold cereal except the granola that was to be used as a topping on waffles. There were staff all around. Why couldn't one of them have gone to a nearby store and bought milk? My husband eats cold cereal...

"Hotel is conveniently located to downtown (we walked) and the airport. The woman at the front desk was fabulous. The "only" issue was the noisy trains which were very loud. I wouldn't stay here again based on the train noise."

"It is a very nice looking hotel and very clean, but if you get placed in a room on the alleyway plan on being woken up extremely early by businesses, trash trucks and every other sort of noise that can go through there. It was our honeymoon and they refused to move us rooms either. Our AC went out twice. It was very disappointing given how highly rated the hotel was."
