Windows! Double-layered. Apartment was very quiet. We had a surprise upgrade! Good kitchenette & utensils. Superb quality of toiletries. Very helpful front desk executives, namely Alex & Grace. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant & memorable. Good location - eateries are of walking distance, an international church nearby the eateries, 1 supermarket next to Modena (till 9pm) and another smaller one near the eatery Square (24 hr). Near to airport, about 10 minutes. Easy to take a cab (ask the front desk to call - cabs will definitely arrive). A simple but functioning gym & a self-service laundromat room (2 washers & 2 dryers - buy tokens from front desk).

We booked an apartment with two bedrooms for 5 people and paid for the extra person. However, Fraser only provided for 4 persons, without the towel and extra bed for the fifth person, when we arrived. The service staff argued that they did not receive any request for fifth person from the third party service provider (i.e. Expedia). Luckily when the service staff took out their document trying to proof their point, he then realised that additional payment has been made for the extra person. This shows that Fraser is not meticulous and careless. Its location is good with cafes and small eateries surrounding the apartment.

朝食の種類がもう少しあったほうがよい。 東和苑にも宿泊したが、それと比較して良くない。 キャンセル料を他と同様に、直前まで無しにしてほしい。 今回、出張がキャンセルになりそうだったのでリスクがあった。 全体的にとても良いので2回リピートしたが、 その点で次回は宿泊しないとおもいます。出来れば対応願います。

1. 시설:깨끗하고 방도 적당히 넓다. 헬스장이 있으나 엘리베이터 타는 사람들이 볼수있을정도로 오픈되어있다. 옆에 스파도 있는데 가보진 않았다. 2. 주변:스타벅스와 kfc가 옆에 있다. 짜르광장도 택시 10분안에 갈 수 있다. 3. 위치: 홍차오나 푸동 공항에서 오는 경우 조금 멀다. 우시 역에서 호텔까지 안막히면 20분 막히면 30분 이상 걸린다. 4. 기타: 와이파이는 공용이다. 한국인 기준으로 느린편이다. 근데 다른 중국 호텔에 비하면 빠른편일것이다. 일본인이 많다.

Nice apartment~

Hotel is just 11mins from airport, very convenient. However, not much choices for lunch and dinner. Just small restaurants nearby. Room is tidy but smelly (smoke), probably I forgot to ask for non-smoking room. Front desk is helpful and nice.

Great breakfast. Great location. Not far from airport or downtown. No traffic issues. Good restaurants and bar and Starbucks next door. Sizable supermarket underneath the building. Useless wifi both in the room and downstairs. Could not use Skype. Endless waiting for websites. Bad wifi is worse when it happens in China because there is also the great internet wall messing with you. So you also need to toggle the VPN on and off (for example gmail works only with VPN on, but Yahoo often works only with VPN off)

Gutes Buisnesshotel im New District Wuxi

Habe das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen der Nähe zum New District in Wuxi ausgewählt. Zimmer sind sauber, freundlicher Service, Check-In und Check-out zügig und problemlos. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. In der Umgebung gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und einige Restaurants. Liegt nahe an einer vielbefahrenen Schnellstrasse, für empfindliche Ohren vielleicht nicht zu empfehlen, hat mich persönlich aber nicht gestört. Für Geschäftsreisende durchaus zu empfehlen, würde wiederkommen.

位置稍偏，比较适合自驾。酒店房间内很暖和，淋浴的水量非常大，晚上开着空调很热，不开又冷

第一次住酒店式公寓，小小的开放式厨房很实用，对有小朋友的家庭出行很方便。床够大，一家三口住够用。房间里的中央空调很猛，开着热得睡不着觉。客厅的地毯比较脏了，壁纸有的地方不平整有碍美观，其他还是不错的。

Staff were great, vary friendly, location is a bit out of the way to city center, but we workout local bus 20 min ride only cost 2 yuan (that is like 40 cent AUD) so..... cheap! and metro is so clean

部屋が広い

部屋は非常に広くて設備は快適でした。朝食は一般的で可もなく不可もなし。市街地からは離れているので、タクシーでの移動になります。今回はすぐにタクシーに乗れましたが、注意は必要かもしれません。
