The hotel had no onset except housekeeping. For a none German reading person this was challenging. I was not informed of this situation. Room was small but adequate!

Real curtains would be nice

The hotel is in a great location, only 6 minutes from the train station, and is very quiet. I’m not sure it’s really a “hotel” as it does not have a reception or any staff on site, as far as I could tell. You get a PIN code in advance and let yourself in with that code. If I had known that, I probably would have stayed elsewhere. The bed was comfortable enough. My two main issues were the thin walls and lack of real curtains. The white gauze ones that are in the room do nothing to block out light, so you’ll be waking up with the sunrise.

"Kontaktloses" Hotel = no front desk, no-one around. Need a code to get in -- but I never received it. A number to call -- if you can get through (which I couldn't). When I complained, I was told that they would have offered me a free breakfast (!), but wouldn't, 'cause I'd complained. Early check-out (10 AM), but nowhere to leave luggage. No proper curtains, just flimsy sheers. No ventilation, so lots of noise from street. An expensive youth hostel without some of the amenities. No way it's 3 stars! What's not to like? Avoid if at all possible.

The hotel bills itself as a "contactless" hotel, although this is not easy to see on the Expedia website. To get in, whether to the hotel or to one's room (or indeed, even to know which room one is assigned), one needs a code. This code is apparently supposed to be sent by email. I, however, never received it (not even in spam). And when I tried to call the number provided in my booking confirmation as many as 20 times, I couldn't get through; I got cut off each time (not that there was anything wrong with my phone). When I found an alternative number, I was unhelpfully told that sometimes when one books through a site such as Expedia (as opposed to through the hotel's own website, which I never would have found on its own), the code sometimes doesn't come through. Thanks a lot! Fortunately, after about 1/2 an hour, a cleaning person opened the door and let me in. But imagine if it had been raining? Or if it had been the middle of the night? And when I complained, I was told that I should just have "relaxed" (ausatmen, literally, to take a deep breath and breath out). If you arrived after a transatlantic journey--exhausted and wanting nothing more than a shower--and found yourself unable to get into your hotel and with no one there to help, would you just relax? And I speak German! By way of apology, such as it was, the hotel said that they would have offered me a free breakfast (how generous!) but, given that I'd already complained on-line, they wouldn't!

Super gute Lage, Preis-Leistung top! Nur das man spätestens um 9:45 Uhr beim Frühstück verschwinden sollte, war anstrengend, zumal überall stand, dass es bis 10 Uhr Frühstück gibt. Nicht sehr gastfreundlich.

エレベーターはないので、自分の荷物を自分で、４階まで持っていかないといけないので、大変でした。チェックアウト後に、荷物を預かってもらえないので、駅でコインロッカーに入れに行く必要がありました。アーリーチェックインは、運良く到着前にレスポンスを貰えて16時を待たずに入る事ができました。

Das Badezimmer könnte eine komplette Reinigubg mit Ersatz der Duscheand sehr gut vertrsgen. Das "Rolo ist nixht einfach zu schließen und habe ich gar nicht geöffnet bekomnen und blieb somit fast 3 Tage geschlossen. Das Uimmer müsste mal renoviert werden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Bedienung supernett ubd sehr zuvorkommend

Check-in benötigte mehrere e-Mails. Wir bekamen für Buchung und Check-in 9 Mails und in keiner stand, dass wir die Zimmernummer und den Einlasscode per SMS erhalten. Dazu mussten wir anrufen (netter Service). Außerdem sollte angegeben werden, dass kein Lift vorhanden ist - normal bei 3 Etagen,aber das stand nirgends.

Das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, es waren die benutzten Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Kaffeetasse etc. vom vorherigen Gast im Zimmer. Der mehrmalige Versuch unter angegebener Mobilfunknummer Kontakt zu Verantwortlichen herzustellen endete immer in einer Endlosschleife. Auch auf meine E-Mail wurde innerhalb 24 Std. nicht geantwortet. Ich bin wirklich entsetzt und verärgert!

Wir bekamen keine Nachricht über Zimmernummer und mussten telefonieren. Gut dass am Eingang eine Telefonnummer stand und wir gleich jemanden erreichten. Um 9.00 Uhr gabs Frühstück sehr lecker aber wir mussten unser Gepäck schon mitnehmen, da das Zimmer schon um 10Uhr zu räumen war bisserl früh! Wenn man noch mal Zähne putzen oder noch mal auf die Toilette muss.

Endroit mignon!

Cet endroit n'offre pas de service de réception et nous n'avions pas recu les directives pour accéder à notre chambre. Du coup ca été un peu compliqué d'avoir l'information. Ceci dit une fois à l'intérieur tout était parfait! Je ne le recommande pas pour les gens qui n'aime pas le stress ;)

Ein 'kontaktloses Hotel' war für mich das erste Mal-hat aber alles bestens geklappt! Die Lage vom Hotel ist prima: nicht weit vom Bahnhif entfernt und ebenfalls zur Innenstadt hat man dann nur ein paar Minuten zu laufen.

Man bekommt hier eine super Lage zu einem fairen Preis muss dafür woanders aber Abstriche machen. Kein Fahrstuhl. Bei mir hieß das Koffer in die 3. Etage tragen. Parkhaus ist nebenan vorhanden mit 12€pro Tag aber recht teuer und Sonntags sowie nach 20 Uhr geschlossen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein aber sauber. Alles in allem war es in Ordnung.

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, was im Sommer zu heißt sein kann. Allerdings ist ein Ventilator vorhanden. Das Gebäude hat keinen Lift, es ist ungünstig für Reisende mit schweren Koffern. Die Lage ist aber ziemlich gut.

Leider nicht empfehlenswert: -Extrem stickiges Zimmer - keine Möglichkeit der Klimatisierung -Nachts ist es auf der Straße extrem laut (grölendes Partyvolk, Autoposer) - folglich erstickt man entweder oder schläft erst gar nicht -Haus ist extrem hellhörig-das Café unten im Haus fängt schon früh an zu klappern und beschallt alles -Unser Dreibettzimmer hatte ein Doppelbett und ein winziges ausklappbares Sofa, das für mich (1,70) geradeso in der Länge gereicht hat und dazu noch sehr schmal war. Die Klappkante rutschte auseinander, dass mir brutal der Rücken weh tat. Das abgebildete 3Bett-Zimmer, das auf der HP existiert haben wir nicht bekommen. Alles in allem ein miserables Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Immerhin war es sauber.
