Very clean, newly furnished. Very comfortable, good small kitchen area and well maintained. The bathroom looked recently renovated and the rest of the flat new. Staff were very friendly, there’s a supermarket downstairs around the corner. It’s just a short ride on the bus or tram to the centre.

Reception were very helpful and allowed us to check in early which was great, as we are a family with 4 children (youngest is 2). We had to go to the reception for more towels, toilet paper and to enquire about laundry, the reception were very helpful and provided these things for our family. We stayed 6 nights from the 20-26th Aug 25. There is a grocery store on the ground floor and laundry room on the 1st floor. There is also a lift to all floors despite the description saying there was no elevator. This was worrying me and I was very grateful to discover there were several lifts, but if you go to the 4b entrance there is a lift that goes to all 12 floors. The rooms were clean and quiet. Traffic from the road can be noisy but this is in a central location. There is a large shopping mall within 5 mins walk (Magnolia Park) and trams are close. We used the trams to go to the zoo, into the old town and Hydropolis (water museum). The apartment we had, had an oven, fridge and freezer which we used and storage in the apartment was good. The bathroom was fine but did smell slightly damp but this didn’t concern us or spoil our stay. My children were happy with the apartment, it had all we needed. On the last day we did check out slightly late at 11:15 and reception called us asking for the key back, we returned this and reception kindly looked after our luggage whilst we waited for our taxi to the airport. I was very pleased they could accommodate us in this way. I would return.

Good standard

Good standard. But was quite warm, no aircondition or ventilators of any kind. If you come by car, make sure to book garage with the hotel upfront.

Apartment, no resemblance to photos on your web site. NO TELEVISION IN ROOM.COULDNT TELL US IF ONE WAS GOINGTO BE INSTALLED. PILLOW CASES WORN OUT COMPLETELY. PILLOW DIRTY/STAINED MINIMAL COOKING UTENSILS BETTER IF YOU HAD A MICROWAVE. SO DISSAPOINTED WE ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT. RECEPTION NOT BOTHERED WITH OUR COMPLAINT. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR THE 2 NIGHTS WE DID NOT STAY

At first the flat appeared to look clean and be well equipped, unfortunately the basic things like a tea towel or a chopping board were missing which made cooking very difficult. Mattress was uncomfortable and the springs were digging into our bodies so it’s fair to say we had a sleepless stay. To add to it, we were unlucky as we had to evacuate the building one night due to fire alarm. There was no information as to where fire assembly is, no evacuation route shown, message about the evacuation was in Polish only. When we finally found ourselves outside we followed the crowd to what appeared to be a security person. He didn’t speak English. All had to be translated by a random person who volunteered to translate. Lots of scared people not knowing what’s happening and if it’s safe to go back to their accommodations.

Mieszkanie bylo wygodne, niestety nie adekwatne do zdjec. Jednym z powodow dla ktorych wzielam to mieszkanie, dalej od centrum bylo dlatego, ze zdjecia byly piekne. Rozumiem, ze nie wszystkie mieszkania sa jak na zdjeciu, dlatego dobrze by bylo wstawic to zwykle mieszkanie na strone zeby inni wiedzieli czego sie spodziewac. Zmywarka, kuchenka czy pralka na zdjeciu, brak tego w naszym mieszkaniu, jedna rolka papieru w toalecie na 3 dniowy pobyt. Lozko bylo wygodne i cena byla super.

Pokój który otrzymaliśmy a ten na zdjęciach bardzo się różniły. W pokoju zerowe wyposażenie. Żadnych plusów nie widzę, parking miał być a okazało się że nie ma już miejsc dostępnych. Zdecydowanie nie polecam chyba że dla kogoś to jedyna opcja i zależy komuś wyłącznie na łóżku na 1 noc.
