"Hot tub in the room was wonderful and worked very well. Area around this hotel is a bit on the scary side would not recommend for anyone alone ever."

Just wondering why new heating units were not installed considering the hotel is currently going through a major renovation. We were told the units were refurbished. The only deficiency was my room was not cleaned or prepped after my first night. Trash was not removed and bed was not made. After a long and stressful day it would have been nice to come back to a tidy room."
