"Booked for a 1-night stay for work. Great welcome and shown to room (in room 3). Lovely room, good TV and wifi. Bed was very comfortable, ensuite was great and heated. Own thermostat in room. Small desk to work at (if required). Nice touch of being able to get fresh milk for tea and coffee in lobby just before going into room, as well as bottled water. "Super venue in a super location and a beautiful sea view. Room was lovely and immaculate, cleaning was impeccable and it was great to have all toiletries provided and plenty of toilet rolls which isn’t something you get everywhere. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble, we even given breakfast after they’d stopped serving - Todd was a particularly favourite! Food was great and managed to get good discounts during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "

"We love coming to the knoll house, it is clean and quirky and has a lot of history attached to it. The food is lovely. It’s very dog friendly beautiful Studland beach is across the road. It has a small pool and Swanage is five minutes drive down the road. It’s a very relaxing place to be."
