Major issues during our stay: No hot water Constant power outages (multiple times per hour, sometimes for hours) Extremely noisy — no sound insulation, construction noise during the day, yelling and slamming doors throughout the night Barely slept Inadequate bedding — blanket covered only half of a double bed No spa or sauna, despite being advertised Poor breakfast Before checking out, I contacted Hotels.com customer...

"Good value hotel. Great location. Bicky was a big help with arranging anything we required. Only complaint: when we returned from a tour we were moved to a nearby sister hotel (Hotel Elegant) without consulting us. The Elegant is much lower quality, very loud and without a view. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel! There was a bit of noise due to the pool being under construction, but it was easily compensated by the kindness of the staff.
