"Design of hotel was beautiful"

"Centrally located and perfect for a weeks stay. Hidden House is great for a light breakfast or glass of wine."

"Amazing stay! Loved this hotel and all its amenities. From wine hour, to complimentary breakfast, to the milk and cookies in the evening and the complimentary bottle of wine brought to our room! All staff were helpful, kind and courteous. The location was perfect. We literally were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Close to all shops, restaurants, tours and right on the waterfront. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Could use these one more restaurant, medium expense"

"My wife and I were very happy with our stay. Our room and the rest of the property was very clean and bright. Although the property is very old the amenities were modern, yet you still had the feel of old southern living. Abigail, our hostess was great. She was very friendly and was able to make us feel at home. We didn't partake in the breakfast due to our sightseeing adventures, but it was offered. There are some rooms that are purported to be haunted. Our reason for staying there for the...

"Excellent experience while staying here. Would definitely come back"

"For $700 a night, a guest should at least be able to sleep. We asked the front desk if the noise would be a problem during the morning breakfast rush, but they simply said "maybe" but claimed no other rooms were available to move us to. AND to call in the morning if its an issue. Sure enough, the heavy noise started incredibly early and was...

"Great location. Top notch service. Great good. Rooftop bar is the best in Charleston. Large rooms. Comfortable beds."

"The property was quiet. The amenities of the nice breakfast (always brought to room on time), availability of snacks and drinks were nice touches. The staff and property experience were top notch."

"We had an interior room with no windows but it was very nice. I did recommend they add a night light to the bathroom as it is black with lights out. Unexpected breakfast bag was on the door when we got up. Roof top was great for a pre-dinner cocktail."

"I definitely would recommend as well as stay there again"

"Great location. Off site management company was a little different. Parking is minimal but the room was lovely and a short walk to the action on King Street. Recommend!"
