They truly make you feel like your concerns are valued and important. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. What stood out most is that you’re never redirected, even when your request involves another department like housekeeping. They take ownership and make sure everything is handled, which speaks volumes about their professionalism and dedication to exceptional service. I would stay there time and time again based solely on the level of hospitality I was shown. And this praise extends beyond just the two I named — every staff member I encountered was welcoming. There was also a petite, blonde, middle-aged housekeeper who was especially kind and made me feel just as appreciated. Exceptional team, exceptional service."

"Everything was great at this hotel , I really recommended. Great service , good breakfasts and very quiet. Good location , no me words to explain how good it is .. swimming pool and jacuzzi were great. Ill be staying there again next time im back to Delano."
