"Booked a family room(1 queen bed + 2 small beds)3 months ahead, when I check in, a poker face lady give me a smaller room(1 queen bed + 1 small bed), without any explain/apology. When I found out it is one bed less and not enough for my family, I went back to front desk, the lady says that’s the only room they have and best thing she could do is trying to find a folding bed. Then 2 hours+ later, my kids need to go to sleep and they didn’t send 3rd bed at all. I came to front desk and waited 15 minutes, the lady saw me and she got back to kitchen, ignoring me. Then finally a men come talk to me and got situation, he offered two solutions, the room next to my room is spare, he can move a bed over, or I can take that room too. We agreed on second option and finally got rest. Worst experience ever!"

"Iron Creek Bay is not centrally located but an easy drive to town centre and restaurants. Onsite restaurant is not opened for dinner so we cannot comment on the restaurant The place is serene and wonderful with lots of animals roaming around. The orchards have many fruit trees. It's very peaceful there. Our unit is basic and small but clean and adequate for two. Noise insulation is not good as we can hear the conversation and TV of the next room. Our unit is the second from the building entrance so we can hear the door banging every time someone going through the door. The lounge and gym are basic but clean and adequate. The staff are on site between 7am and 7pm. They are friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended"
