"We really enjoyed our stay at Sure Stay. This has to be one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The staff was very friendly & let us know what was for breakfast the next morning, which was awesome! French toast! Not just some cold cereal & toast. They had waffle batter ready to make waffles & even had sugar free syrup! I don't think I've ever seen sugar free syrup at any hotel. Plenty of coffee, orange & apple juice, fresh fruit & yogurt, little tiny bagels & eggs! I was super impressed! The room was clean. The bed was so comfortable. They had shampoo & conditioner in the shower that was really good. My hair hadn't felt that good in a long time. The water pressure in the shower was great! And the bathroom was so big you could have a party in there! The parking lot was well lit & you just feel safer that way. There was even a safe in the room! You don't usually see that except for in Las Vegas. I know we'll be stopping there again next time we're in the area. I highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed!"

"Owner could not have been more nice and helpful. Nice stay and comfortable bed. If you are very critical of cleanliness and are use to new hotels, do not stay here and save the hard working owner your low rating. If you want a comfortable sleep in a safe area, please give them your business. It is a hotel from the Route 66 days."

"Staff was very helpful, checkin was easy. Our room was very nice and quiet. Breakfast, which we ordered when we checked in, was very good. It was served at a long table with other guests, fun to talk to others and discover why they came to Zuni and where they were from."
