"I've been traveling for decades, and our stay here (for a couple) was perhaps the best ever. We booked a Deluxe Room, which apparently was upgraded to a Deluxe Suite at the corner of the property (windows on two sides!). "Our suite was spectacular! Floor to ceiling windows that afforded fantastic views of the Thames and the London skyline, including the London Eye! The decor and finishings were top notch.
