"Liked how the staff upgraded us and were responsive to our feedback. Liked the bed and linen, and how, mostly, the apartment was clean. Liked how Oulton Broad North railway station was walkable, and how room 11 has a parking space - if hard to find and quite tight. The place was good value. Not so good: There was a stained grey rug in the living area that needs replacing. We didn’t have a tea towel or oven gloves until we asked. There was no bath mat - and not enough hooks to hang towels on."

The room was clean, my mattress a little lumpy and a fan would have been useful during the unusual heat wave. Overall I would definitely recommend the White Horse to any visitor."
