"Hotel is located near city center (Lucerne main station, chapel bridge) by walking around 900m. The staff is nice. However, the room is quite small especially for bathroom. Bathtub size is very very small which is not fit with a man."

"Excellent value hotel - clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool looked nice (unfortunately, it was raining, so we didn't get to take advantage of it). Staff was friendly. Breakfast is typical German/Swiss (Bread, meat, cheese, yogurt, juice, muesli, coffee/tea). Great stopover traveling between Germany and Italy. Free parking right out front of the building - very convenient! "
"The breakfast/lunch to go package was very nice for the price. Very handy to take on our trips our for the day. In the kitchen area they need to label more of the drawers and cabinets. Had to literally open every one to find the garbage. Label in multiple languages. "
"Really enjoyed the location of the Hotel Schlüssel in the old town area of Luzern. Everything is within a 5 to 10 minute walk, and it is just enough off the beaten path to be away from the noisy crowds in other parts of town. There is also a pay laundromat just a street over which was very convenient and we made use of during our stay.
There is no onsite staff, giving it more of the feel of a personal rental. This was never really an issue for us other than requesting two room keys at...
