"As you enter the hallway it smells like mildew. The room also smell I can't describe the smell. The room was so hot and when we started the AC it took so long to cool down. There was a death roach so I don't think they vacuum very ofter. The shower courtain had a blood stain and also one of the towels. The bed was super unconfortable my back and shoulders were in pain every morning."

For some reason, we got an accessible room instead of a standard. Desk clerk was very helpful to change it out.

Only problem we had was we ask for extra pillows and they daid they had none but they had empty rooms with 4 pillows ours only came with 2. Im sure they could have pulled pillows from another room if they wanted too. "
