I was sick and it did not help my headache.I also would've like the room to have a mini fridge and or a microwave. But none of this should impact the score I give. "Beautiful, elegant and super comfortable. However, a few things were amiss: the toilet ring and shower doors were loose, the heaters and heated rail in the bathroom cold, and - importantly - the shower started out hot but became tepid quite quickly. Fortunately, we were not here in winter!"

"The eggs were runny - and the breakfast was not hot - the chafing dishes were not plugged in or used to their advantage so the food got cold. The service was amazing and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Just get someone to get those chafing dishes HEATING the food."
