"The iron set alight when it was plugged it in. It begun to spark and we had to unplug it and tell the staff on reception. The water wasn’t hot at all had to have a cold shower. The breakfast and staff and bed were all good. You do have to pay for parking also… £25 with a discount code. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Visited on Monday 15 June. No staff to check in, just a door bell to security they then let you in to get your key from a key safe inside. No dinner or bar on Monday nights so went to the pub over the road. Double Room petite and bijou but adequate. Left before breakfast so did not speak to any staff during our stay!!!! On our previous visit we did have a very nice breakfast. Recommend it but don’t expect to be pampered, more like an Air B&B at least on a Monday or Tuesday."

"This B&B was exceptional. The attention to detail was out of this world. It felt almost like staying in a top class hotel. "Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. A cooked choice would be expected (and was advertised)"

"The place was ideally located.It was pet friendly and dogwalking areas within a 15min car drive, but only a car pk at the place.The room is similar to a "travelodge" and very clean.Staff are friendly and helpful.The Indian takeaway next door is both excellent value and delicious. Breakfast is continental buffet but can be eaten at the small eating area or taken to the room.I would definitely use this place again."
