Holiday Inn Colchester by IHG
The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Jess on reception was really helpful as was one of the male staff in the restaurant in particular, I think his name was Adam, but I am not sure. Sadly the pool was shut for maintenance.

Muthu Belstead Brook Hotel
lovely staff, excellent food, warm and friendly hotel. Had a lovely relaxing afternoon and evening. Let down by thin walls and noisy inconsiderate bedroom neighbours awake all hours so we barely slept. Would love to come back and hopefully have a better night's sleep.

Colchester Studio Suites
Nice tidy and clean room that looked like it had been recently fitted out. Decent sized Kitchen at each end of the corridor i didn't use them but they looked fully kitted out and new. If the mattress was good I would have given a full 10, but unfortunately it was severely dipped, The room however was very nice with quality touches.
