"This property has gone downhill quickly since the last time I stayed here. The rooms are not very well cleaned. The towels and sheets are in desperate need of replacement. Lots of water staining on the walls. Found an extremely broken chair in the room and asked that it be replaced. They brought a new chair and left the broken one in the room. Notified the front desk of a light out in the room, never addressed during our stay."

"We arrived at the hotel shortly after midnight. At first glance, it seemed like a basic but acceptable hotel. However, once we reached the third floor, I was shocked by how filthy the carpet was. It was unbelievably dirty. The curtains at the end of the hallway also had visible stains from what appeared to be spilled liquids — something that could easily have been fixed with a simple wash.
