"Have been to this property multiple times. We like it because of the location, pool and it is generally quiet. It is a good value even if it is no frills. However, the pool, umbrellas, chairs, locks, safety rails all were in a fair state of disrepair during this last visit suggesting that they are not keeping it up. We like it but I am concerned it needs a remodel."
"Clean, quiet room. No fridge, but could use the office fridge. Shower water pressure was marginal. Easy parking. Walk to everything!! Coffee in office."
"Lovely big room with a balcony overlooking the boats in the harbour. Cute decorations and plenty of towels. Coffee maker in the room and an excellent restaurant! Made our holiday perfect! Would stay there again!"
"We just wrapped up our sixth stay at Linekin Bay Resort, and it continues to be one of our favorite family vacation spots! Bringing our grandchildren here has become a tradition, and every year we make more wonderful memories.
The pool is fantastic, the views of the bay are absolutely beautiful, and the grounds are impeccably maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and we appreciate that most have air conditioning.
Our only small suggestion would be to improve towel replenishment and trash pickup. We found ourselves making a few trips to the front desk for extra towels, and although we were told to leave our trash on the porch for pickup, it wasn’t collected during our stay. It’s a minor issue and certainly didn’t diminish our overall experience.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for another wonderful vacation. We always feel welcomed, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year!"
"Place was beautiful and super clean. We used a couple amenities while there. The pool and hot tub, which were both at water edge and the views were spectacular. Our balcony had awesome view of water and we took advantage of it many times. We love to go to dinner each night on water but wasn’t in the cards as we enjoy a couple cocktails while dining and without local transportation like Uber or Lyft it didn’t happen. Taxi service was sporadic after speaking with both services there. Shuttle to town stops at 5pm so no help, town is very small and charming, the hotel should offer local pickups and drop offs for guests."
"The room was decent. This is definitely an older hotel, but our stay was perfectly fine. The price was was excellent compared to the other hotels a bit closer to the harbor. The pool looked very nice, we just didn't have a chance to use it.
The free breakfast was really good."
"We loved the room, the cleanliness and the amazing views. The property provides easy access to Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset and Damariscotta. We enjoyed the rooftop bar as well as the restaurant. We would highly recommend a stay and a great meal. I’m"
