"Quaint old coaching inn set in a medieval village. Hearty full English breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. A good place to tour Norfolk from."

"Very friendly staff, clean comfortable bed overall a lovely stay"

"Lovely pub with rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly and our room was cosy and quiet. We had breakfast and dinner, both of which were excellent. Parking was no problem and the pub provided a good base for exploring Cambridge and the Fens."

"The staff were really friendly and approachable. The meal I had was one of the best I've had in a long while. The room was really clean with a Nespresso coffee machine which for me was a really nice touch as I love my coffee. The shower was lovely and hot. I will definitely be booking there again and I can not recommend it enough. Lovely bar with a nice atmosphere. "Lovely location, friendly staff and reasonably priced food. The premises itself would benefit from some updating."

"Clean spacious room, very comfortable bed"

"Primarily chosen as it was near to an event we were attending at the Nene Valley Railway (a short drive from the pub). We liked that the accommodation was in a separate building to the pub (although the pub was not loud). Good breakfast, evening meals, and friendly staff. "King room in the modern accommodation block was small but fine, a good find. Dinner was great pub grub. We hadn’t realised that breakfast is not available (Sun-Fri) but that was also fine."

"Bit tired but staff were brilliant"
