"Check-in was welcoming, easy and, we were given a lot of helpful information and local food recommendations. The airline left our luggage at our departure airport and the hotel staff was really helpful at making sure we had all the information we needed and got our bag when it was delivered. We were back for a college reunion and know Boston well but not the immediate area so it was helpful to get info on coffee and breakfast places. It was incredibly easy to get to the green, orange, and red line. Our room was quiet, clean, and the steam shower was so nice during a cold rainy weekend visit. We wish we could have made greater use of the amenities but the Godfrey will be at the top of our list for future visits so I’m sure we’ll be able to enjoy more of the hotel next time."

"We live in Central Mass and always stay here when we don’t want to drive back home after a night out. It’s a high class Hotel but budget friendly. Clean, staff is friendly. It’s close to everything especially when you are using Uber. This is probably our 5th time staying here and we love it."

"Booked the queen deluxe for my reunion weekend as the kings were booked . The room was the worst I’ve ever had - room 303 - interior view of a large vent , the chair was missing , bath did not have a towel rack or hook , there were only two towels that were poor quality . The 3rd floor smelled like there was an electrical issue . There was no info on view or no view as other hotels provide. I would paid for a city view room or gone elsewhere but there was no info. We were upgraded on the last day and the room was ok , but not a luxury hotel."
