Room was not cleaned. Check in is at a different location, so not easy to go back to the other property for assistance. They did try to accomodate another room right away. Also had booked a cabin with a fireplace on Expedia, but they only get notified that you book a cabin. Be careful if you're booking the cabin with pull out couch due to having 3 people. Bed was comfortable, but linens were not very soft. Kitchen was well stocked.
