The staff graciously handled a persistent noise complaint and moved me to a new room when the problem continued after their intervention. Parth in particular was my hero of the stay"

"The hotel and staff were very nice. One complaint is the beds were incredibly hard. I always heard Hilton Hotels had amazingly comfortable mattresses, but these beds were hard as a rock. I spent 2 nights there and my back is killing me, and I barely slept."
