"We were at a wedding and returned late so did not notice but when we woke up in the morning there was a used child’s bandaid in the bed between my husband and me. I am guessing our sheets were never changed. When I mentioned to the lady at the front desk she just said “ that is disgusting”. Not the best customer service!"

"Called property and told them we would be checking in after 1am. Waited at the door for 10 minutes that had a sign to call after 11 pm. The security door was locked so we thought. It ended up not being locked Called like we were supposed to do per the sign. Finally got management attention. Check in went good. Got to the room and it wasn't clean at all. Window was wide open with no screen on it. They claimed they were airing it out. Room smelled just nasty. They claimed to have offered another room they didn't. I ended up cleaning the room myself the next morning. Then wasn't given proper time with the cleaning supplies. The lake view was great and convenient shopping close. Good for the money paid, but I guess cheaper isn't always a good thing."

"Room and jet tub were clean. Bed was very comfy. Pool and hot tub area were nice. Breakfast had good options. No lids for the coffee, and I was traveling on business so made taking a "to go" cup a challenge. Asked for late checkout without issue. Would for sure stay again."
