"Had promise driving up to the site. Had booked dinner to find restaurant closed and only buffet served. Fine as it was a hot day. Oh dear, oh dear. Couple of greasy pork chops and unidentified fish in warmers. No offer of a drink. Went to the bar to fill up on crisps. Perhaps breakfast would be better? Even worse. The few choices were let down by no crockery, having been used the night before and no washing up done. Three plates for at least 10 people waiting, no cups to use the machine, no glasses to get some orange juice out of the other machine, no bread. Management/Supervisors conspicuously absent. Poor younger members of staff left to deal with the resultant moaning. Potentially good hotel let down by those running it."
