"clean room helpful staff"

"The room was clean but a few issues I found brown marks on the door frame of the bathroom maybe make up ? Also on the table there was stain drink cup marking and the shower glass has all marks on it there was cobwebs around lamps and bedside lampshades was dusty dirty and marked and one lamp didn’t work. "The hotel itself is excellent - great location and architecture. The cool atmosphere and aircon were welcoming on the hottest June day ever recorded in Cardiff! The facilities were great - including bedroom, bar and pool / spa. A couple of disappointments though. Guaranteed check-in from 3p.m. We arrived at 2.15 so went to the bar to wait.
