"Water was off for half a day. Restaurant was no open for two days for supper."

"Overall it is a nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The main road/hwy outside is somewhat loud even with the windows and blinds closed. The hot tub did not hold water in room 420 and the motion lights in bathroom were a bit annoying."

"The cleanliness was not upto the mark for amount we paid for the room. The room service came in too early and did not properly clean the room just cleaned the trash cans and the bathroom shower water outflow was simply pathetic no matter what water came out on the floor."

"We were very happy we stayed at this newly renovated resort. The location being lakefront and immediately next to the Okanagan Rail Trail was especially wonderful. Everything seemed to be carefully thought out and the unit was equipped with every cooking utensil and pots and pans anyone would need. We didn't use the laundry in the room but it would be nice to use in the future especially for a longer stay. I could imagine this would be a great place for a wedding party or family reunion if you...

"Front desk staff was awesome, I forgot a very expensive Yeti cooler of dog food. The gentleman at the front desk let me know they had the cooler in lost and found and I asked him to put it in the freezer until I could retrieve it upon my return."

"Nice clean place."

"Espresso machine not working....but otherwise very clean. Comfy beds. Clean."

"The room was clean, staff was great, lots of room for parking. The breakfast could have some fruit."

"Liked having the pool and hot tub, but they are a little dated and could use a refresh. Wish they had assigned parking as I wasn't comfortable having to park a couple of spots down so the car was out of my sight. Breakfast choices were good but maybe a couple more. Staff ladies in the breakfast kitchen are great. They work hard and keep on top of things."
